10 Things I Love About Esperanza
WHEN ASKED WHAT THREE WORDS DESCRIBE ESPERANZA, wedding planner Claudia Morales said “gracious, breathtaking and sophisticated” with an enthusiastic, heartfelt “I love Esperanza!” as a chaser. So, with that resounding endorsement, we didn’t stop there. We asked dear Claudia to give us her top ten things she loves about this beautiful resort. Here they are:

1) Their employees! They always have a big smile to share with Esperanza guests;
2) Its location is fantastic: close enough to Cabo San Lucas (you can actually see the famous Arch from the resort’s private beach), but secluded enough to make it a very exclusive resort;
3) The resort is surrounded by dramatic cliffs, lush landscaping and scenic rock formations which ALWAYS provide unique backgrounds for wedding pictures!;
4) The Pool Terraces are my absolute FAVORITE spot for wedding ceremony;
5) Their Spa! I love that they use a lot of natural elements in their services. I particularly love their waters menu, which they will offer to you before or after treatment;
6) The Cocina del Mar Terraces is a breathtaking location for a dinner reception since it is just above the ocean. Dramatic and unforgettable!;
7) The extensive catering menu that they offer to our wedding clients, one delicious hors d’oeuvres and plated course after another! The only problem we see our clients struggling with is deciding on what to choose! and, all of their cocktails are amazing and handcrafted by world-class, well-trained bartenders that pride themselves on creativity;
8) Would you believe that 90% of their hotel rooms have an ocean view? And their suites are all recently renovated to the most unimaginable, luxurious level!;
9) As a yoga lover, I have to point out Esperanza’s unbelievable yoga classes, from candlelight yoga to sunrise yoga, or private yoga sessions on the beach, in the yoga studio or your very own casista; and
10) Solana, their new boutique, is not only filled with wonderful keepsakes and thoughtful gifts to take home after your honeymoon, but you can find some chic, trendy clothes too! They carry Missoni, Temperley London, Camilla, Aquazzura, Frank & Eileen, and Jennifer Meyer, among other top designers. It’s a wonderful place to do a little shopping!
