Perhaps that’s why we’ve always been drawn to designing rehearsal dinners and welcome events. They offer an opportunity to create the opening chapter of a wedding weekend — the first experience guests have before the wedding day arrives.

Each one feels different because each couple is different.

Some evenings are intimate and sentimental. Others are playful, unexpected, and full of personality. The most memorable ones are often a reflection of the people at the center of them.

As planners, we love creating these moments not because they follow a formula, but because they don’t. Every gathering allows us to think beyond tradition and design experiences that feel personal to the couple, their story, and the people they’ve brought together.
