We’re Obsessed with these Ceviche Hors D’oeuvres
SERVED AS AN APPETIZER OR FIRST COURSE, ceviche is a coastal seafood dish regularly served on the beaches in Baja. In fact, the preparation and consumption of ceviche is practically a religion in Mexico! We’re certainly obsessed with it and trust us when we say, there is nothing more delicious on a hot summer day! A must for any wedding menu!
Traditionally, ceviche is made from the freshest raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají or chili peppers. But today’s chefs and gourmands add their own foodie flare to the fish, if only in stylish presentations like you see here from the talented culinary team at Rancho Pescadero. The only problem you’ll have is limiting yourself to just one of these ceviche shooters! Okay, maybe two.
Happy Foodie Friday!
