Mexican Fiesta Welcome Party & Rehearsal Dinner
HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!
Just a quick look back at last night’s Mexican Fiesta at The Resort at Pedregal, a celebration that officially kicked off Kathy & Ty’s destination wedding weekend! Of course, the breathtaking views of the ocean, as well as the beach setting at the hotel, were absolutely ideal for the party. But then there was the food and beverage! Pedregal’s catering team, led by Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet, served up another menu of thoughtfully designed, refreshing, and playful culinary delights! From what we heard from our clients and their guests, the taco stations and passed margaritas were highlights of the evening.
A Party All Weekend Long!
Wedding Planning for the whole weekend, including this fiesta, is orchestrated by #TeamElenaDamy team member, the amazing Miss Claudia Morales. And, of course, our Creative Director, Elena Damy, provided the festive decor for the welcome party shown here, and will absolutely WOW!! the guests all weekend long! We know it!
