Emily and Nico’s celebration on the sand wedding at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos was a breathtaking event filled with love, and blending modern Mexican elegance with the natural beauty of Baja. As their wedding planners and event designers, we transformed this seaside sanctuary into a minimalist yet dreamy experience for all in attendance.

Love on the Shoreline

With Cabo’s sapphire sea as their backdrop, Emily and Nico exchanged vows on the beach under a custom-designed floral canopy featuring white orchids, tropical greens, and soft white fabric. Their wedding guests were seated in close rows facing the sea, creating a focused and intimate view of the ceremony and the ocean beyond. The minimalist, open aisle complemented the serene, coastal setting.

Dinner & Dancing Under the Stars

Their celebration on the sand was followed by an outdoor wedding reception on an open contemporary-style terrace. The entire patio space was adorned with lush floral arrangements, custom-designed wooden tables, modern chairs, natural fabric sails, and golden, glowing candlelight. Guests dined on a food and beverage menu blending Japanese and Mexican flavors from Nobu’s world-renowned chefs. As night fell, the terrace came alive under twinkling string lights, hanging glass and woven grass lanterns, setting the stage for a magical evening of dancing, toasting, and joyful celebration.

Unforgettable Details

Our design featured a lovely, soft palette that had flowers progressing from whites and ivories to pale blush, peach, apricot, and caramel. A refined look in all for Emily & Nico’s dinner dance, which created a seamless blend of warmth, style, and natural beauty. Every detail, from the overhead lighting to the low tablescapes, reflected the bride and groom’s modern, romantic style.
