El Huerto is one of them. From the very beginning, we knew this rehearsal dinner would feel special: a design that embraced the farm-to-table soul of the space while keeping the effortless elegance that defines our work. A perfect balance between natural and refined.
The imperial table stretched like a glowing pathway through cactus, trees, and the iconic mill that watches over the garden. A corridor of nature turned into a stage. Soft textured runners, straw-and-orange chargers, green plates, candlelight guiding the eye. Flowers—crafted in that recognizable Elena style—looked as if they had grown from the land itself. Every detail intentional, every element placed to honor the setting.
Even the seating chart became a moment: real vegetables on a rustic board, names scattered playfully among them. A thoughtful farm-to-table nod that felt fresh, surprising, and still incredibly elegant.
The atmosphere was simply warm. Cozy, welcoming, filled with laughter, soft conversations, and those quiet gestures of love that bloom naturally among people who feel at home. And the music brought it all together—Caly’s voice floating through the garden with emotion and ease, elevating the vibe with her beautiful tone.
Dinner, of course, was spectacular. El Huerto never misses—flavors crafted with intention, perfectly aligned with the setting. The evening unfolded softly and beautifully, inviting everyone to settle in, slow down, and savor every detail.
