Lavish Beach Wedding at Club 96
A Lavish Beach Wedding
Just off the beaten path, on an exclusive private beach at the Villas Del Mar, you will find the beautifully appointed Club Ninety-Six. Located on Los Cabos’ most highly-regarded swimming beach, and immediately adjacent to the uber-luxurious seaside resort, the incredible One&Only Palmilla, Club 96 is an ideal location for a destination wedding. Our clients Maguire and Tyler certainly felt that way and working closely with their talented wedding planner Amy Abbott Events, the bridal couple chose to celebrate their wedding at the club surrounded by their family and friends.
A Ceremony on the Beach
First, with a romantic all-white wedding ceremony on the beautiful beachfront at Villa Bahia Roca. Then, at Club 96 with a breathtaking cocktail reception on the patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez and a lavish dinner dance on the arbor-covered terraces. Take a peek here at all the gorgeousness, but you can also read more about the event on Bridal Lifestyle.

Sharing the Wedding Design Vision
When the bride first began sharing her design vision with us, it was all about the ceremony on the beach, what it would look like, white fabric catching the breeze, and the romance of it all working together in harmony. And while we listened carefully to what our client wanted, and looked at all her Pinterest printouts and even shared our previous work with her, we still ended up designing something totally new for her wedding canopy. Something that completely surprised and WOWED her (very important!) as well as her wedding guests!
Beach Ceremony Details
Beginning with the weathered white structure we built and installed into the sand, we then added several whitewashed crystal chandeliers for a touch of vintage glamour. Then came the layers of softly draped white chiffon that were gathered and secured with lush, tightly packed floral displays of Roses and Orchids in every shade of white.
The entire area set aside for the ceremony on the beach was covered with wooden flooring in a soft, weathered plank style that gave stability to the modern white benches provided for the guest seating. Down the aisle, we placed antique iron hooks with mercury glass vases filled with white Roses and Orchids. Altogether, it was a gorgeous sight and framed the bridal party beautifully.
Bridal Bouquets & Personal Flowers
The bride and her bridesmaids carried stunning bridal bouquets composed of Roses. All white to ivory and blush Roses with pops of bright white Orchids, in fact. We also designed floral hair wreaths made with ivory Sweetheart Roses for the three flower girls. The groom and his groomsmen were given simple, elegant boutonnieres made with a bloom taken from the ladies’ bouquets.
Cocktails, Cabo Style!
While the bridal couple and their bridal party headed down to the beach for formal, and extremely informal, group photos, the rest of the wedding guests headed to the patio for cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres. No matter which direction you faced or terrace you stood on, the beautiful blue sky and aqua blue waters surrounded the party spaces. What a gorgeous venue for a wedding!
Dinner & Dancing on the Terrace
The guests enjoyed watching the sunset as they sipped their delicious tropical cocktails, and then it was on to the dinner dance reception on the terrace. The guests made their way past our floral wall created with suspended candles and strung orchids. Then, they continued down a path lined with lanterns and tropical vegetation to the dinner tables beyond.
A Glamorous Dinner Reception
We designed the all-white dinner tables using whitewashed rectangular tables covered with mirrored tops, mercury glass vases and vessels filled with tightly packed floral arrangements of ivory Roses and Orchids, and candles! Suspended glass orbs with votive candles as well as votive candles on the dinner tables gave a soft, romantic glow through the entire dining area.
After Dinner, The Party Started!
After dinner, the bride and groom invited their guests to a sexy, open-air dance party created next to the pool using a lucite stage for the band and a white-washed dance floor. Next to the dance floor was an all-white modern lounge complete with custom-monogrammed double bar for easy, fast service. As you can see, it was the perfect place for a high-energy dance party that ended up with an eye-popping fireworks show over the water. Congratulations Maguire and Tyler!

Beautiful work! Love how you enhanced a space with gorgeous soft-hued florals. Beautiful wedding.
Absolutely loved the location and all the details, what would be the estimated cost for 50 people?
