An Elegant Chapel Wedding at One&Only Palmilla

We’re delighted to share this sneak peek of Abby and Sasan’s recent micro wedding at the Chapel at One&Only Palmilla. Recent as in, just a week ago! As you can see, thanks to these absolutely breathtaking photos from Sara and Ramon, the talented and super fun to work with photography duo from Sara Richardson Photography, the wedding was a lovely family celebration. All of which took place at the historic Chapel at the resort, and in the courtyard garden in front of the Chapel.

Ceremony Design Notes

For this elegant affair, we added lush displays of white flowers, greens, and candles to enhance the historic Chapel steps. Not only would the floral decor frame the wedding ceremony, but it would also be enjoyed throughout the event.

Some of our favorite details from the ceremony included Abby, our beautiful bride, arriving at the ceremony by horse-drawn carriage. As well as the sound of live violin music floating in the air, setting the scene for romance. And, the endearing looks exchanged between the bride and groom throughout the ceremony.

The Rest of the Party

At the base of the grand staircase, we placed one long custom-made wooden table for the wedding reception. Down the length of the dinner table, we placed ivory linen runners, colorful floral centerpieces, Spanish iron candelabras, stylish place settings, and lots of candles. The bride and groom enjoyed a delicious dinner expertly served by the hotel staff and dancing together under the stars.

It was a beautiful wedding and we wish Abby and Sasan many happy years together!
