(Re)Setting the Table at Acre Baja
WE’RE BACK AT ACRE BAJA, one of Los Cabos’ newest culinary hot spots, with a simple story about resetting the table. Specifically, resetting the existing tables and embracing the beautiful, environment already in place at this new cool restaurant. That’s what we did with our second of two design inspiration shoots at Acre. With the help of photographer Anna Gomes, our goal is to share the event venue as well as show how we can help you personalize the space.
FOR THIS DESIGN we headed out to another part of the restaurant where Mexican tile and natural grey stone meet secluded desert garden. Thinking of how our clients are always on the hunt for a Mexican-inspired rehearsal dinner location, we embraced a festive color palette to make the whole tablescape POP! in the subdued setting. We added a wide red linen runner to the existing cafe tables and placed a collection of clear glass vases down the center, each filled with red ranunculus, blush pink roses and purple lisianthus. Natural linen napkins were placed on the restaurant’s pottery dishware, along with rustic menu cards, a red hand-blown glass heart, and a single ranunculus bloom. Over the table, we suspended one modern chandelier made with greenery and contemporary glass lanterns.
SOMETHING NEW, SOMETHING DIFFERENT. As we shared in our previous post, Acre really has been such an exciting addition to the Los Cabos culinary scene! It certainly was the perfect place to stage a little colorful, artfully styled shoot to perhaps inspire engaged couples looking for something different.
Love, Elena xoxo
