Taste & Tour at Vidanta Los Cabos
Recently, #TeamElenaDamy was invited to Vidanta Los Cabos for a tour of the stunning, totally refurbished Cabo resort. And, much to our foodie hearts’ delight, to also enjoy a delicious menu tasting at Herringbone Los Cabos, one of four must-experience dining and venue concepts at Vidanta, in partnership with the Hakkasan Group.
It’s absolutely mind-boggling how many new hotels and resorts are opening or re-opening this year in Los Cabos, Mexico! As event planners and wedding designers, we need to get on property at each, the earliest moment we can, to learn about all the spaces and venues available for weddings, parties, and special events.

TOURING VIDANTA LOS CABOS
The tour introduced us to the SHOREbar (great for a welcome party or cocktail reception), Casa Calavera (their Mexican restaurant, perfect for a thematic rehearsal dinner), Omnia Dayclub, and Herringbone (a chic California Coastal fine dining experience led by Executive Chef Alexander Branch.) Formerly the Chef de Cuisine at Cabo hot spot, Manta, Chef Alex Branch is highly regarded by foodies as “one of the finest chefs in Mexico, if not the world!”
Needless to say, we were excited for our tasting at Herringbone as the whole premise of the restaurant is to feature line-caught seafood and high-quality meats, following Chef Branch’s “fish meats field” approach. As you can see from just a few snaps of the food tasting, it was SPECTACULAR!
