Moms, Moms, StepMoms, Grandmoms – A Tribute

Pausing at the beginning of this holiday weekend, Mother’s Day, to share a tribute to many of the moms, stepmoms, and grandmoms we have had the pleasure to meet and work with, in our role as wedding planners and event designers. One of the reasons we so enjoy producing weddings is that they are family celebrations. And who is the heart of the family? Mom.

Our mothers are our safe harbors in stormy seas, bigger than life superheroes, and our loudest cheerleaders. So, first, we honor our own mothers, grandmothers, sisters, friends, and other nurturing caregivers. Although we can’t be with them this year, we’re going to hug them fiercely at the first opportunity!

AND ALSO, here’s to all the wonderful, generous, courageous, hilarious, energetic, stylish, warm-hearted women we have had the honor to work with over the past 15+ years. Happy Mother’s Day!
